I'm so thankful that I still have my mother with me. She means the world to me and is my best friend. She understands me without me having to say a word and she's always there when I need her. One of my earliest memories of my mother, is of her praying. She has had a profound influence in my life and her strong faith in the Lord has shaped my relationship with Him. May the Lord bless our Mothers. We won't be who we are without their tender touch and loving words of encourgement.

I have always loved this quote from Abraham Lincoln. I'm glad you have such a wonderful mother and that she is still with you. I had a mother like this, and I sure miss her.
